VOTE OBAMA ON NOVEMBER 4th!
Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota Action Fund has endorsed Obama for President of the United States.
Barack Obama has a long and consistent record for standing up for women's health care. He has been a leader in improving access to quality health care for women, continues to support and protect a woman's to choose, and supports investing in prevention programs that help prevent unintended pregnancies and reduce the need for abortion.
In sharp contrast to Obama's 100% rating from the Planned Parenthood Action Fund, indicating a strong pro-choice record, John McCain recieved a 0% rating indicating a fervently anti-choice record. McCain has vowed to overturn Roe v. Wade, opposes basic family planning programs and voted against insurance coverage for birth control. McCain is no moderate. He’s voted in opposition to comprehensive sex education, voted against expansion of birth control coverage to pregnant women on Medicaid and fought against legislation that would provide emergency contraception to rape victims.
